Terms & Conditions at Triple N Mobile Salon


In order to proceed with your booking, please, carefully read all of our Terms and Conditions. By making your booking, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed with Triple N Salon’s policies. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.


1. Booking Fee

1.1 The booking fee is £15 per treatments. To secure your appointment you pay it at the time of booking. The rest is paid after you receive your treatments.

1.2 Booking fee goes towards your treatment total. Eg. Booked in for gel polish manicure £50, pre paid £15 booking fee. Payment required at the time of the appointment 50-15=£35.

1.3 Booking and travel fees become non refundable if you do not show up, cancel or move your appointment less than 24 hours prior to it. Read more at the Cancellations and Refunds Policy page.

2. Travel Fee

2.1 The travel fee depends on your location.

2.2. Minimum call out charge depends on your location. Learn more at the Mobile Nail Apoointment Policy page

3. Before coming to your appointment

3.3 If you have a particular design in mind, please, book for the appropriate treatment and let me know ahead of time so that I can prepare and give you my best.

3.4 If you want a specific colour or range of colours, please enquire before your appointment.

3.4 If you need your old gel polish or extensions removed you can select it from the drop down menus during your design booking.  Alternately, please go to the Add-ons page and add it.

4. Payments

4.1 Payments are done in two parts. One is during your online booking where you pay only for your booking and travel fee (except for scenarios where you have a minim call out charge requirement but you have not reached the minim spend on treatments, therefore you will be requested to pay in full). I accept Card, PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer.

4.2 The second payment must be immediately after your treatment. I prefer Cash but I also accept PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer.

5. Appointment Times

5.1 Each appointment is time sensitive and each session will be finished on time as a courtesy to you and the next client.

5.2 I reserve the right to alter the time of your booked appointment. You will be notified if I need to do so when I accept your booking. Otherwise, assume that I will be right on time.

5.3 If I am running late, I will let you know as well.

6. Guarantee

6.1 Typically, gel polish or extensions manicures last 4+ weeks without a problem. However, to keep your natural nails healthy, I strongly recommend having an appointment every 2 weeks. Read more at my How often should I book nail Appointments post.

6.2 If something happens during the first 2 days (eg chips, peels) and it is related to damage clearly caused by me, I may offer a free redo (travel and minimum call out charges still apply). Read more at my Cancellations and Refunds policy.  However, anything after that is your responsibility and how you take care of your nails. Please read more at my Aftercare posts.

6.2 I do not guarantee the longevity of gel polish or extensions on nail bitters. Please read my Nail Bitters post for more information.

7. Children

7.1 I do not recommend having your child around while doing your nails as I work with chemicals that can cause irritation and injury. However, I understand that many of you have children and this is why mobile appointments work well for you.

7.2 Having your children around is your responsibility. If they break or damage any of my equipment or products you will receive a further invoice and will be required to pay for my loses.

7.3 By booking for a mobile nail appointment you are accepting that if a child is hurt (eg glued his fingers with my nail glue) I wont be held responsible.
