My travel to your home address
  • I hope you understand that as a mobile nail technician I try to include my time and petrol in my price lists. I do treatments all over London but I only travel for free to locations within 10 minutes drive from SW2. If you are further away I will add £1 to your bill for every extra 2 minutes.
  • Addresses further than 20 minutes also require a minimum treatment spend of £30. (eg gel polish manicure)
  • Addresses further than 30 minutes also require a minimum treatment spend of £45. (eg gel polish manicure with nail art)
  • Addresses further than 45 minutes also require a minimum treatment spend of £100. (eg nail extensions with gel polish on top and express gel polish pedicure)
  • Addresses further than 1 hour 15 minutes also require a minimum treatment spend of £120. (eg nail extensions with nail art and full gel polish pedicure)
  • Alternatively, you can come to my home salon at SW2.
  • If you live in Central London and book before 7pm on weekdays, you will be required to cover the congestion charge.
Booking and Travel Fee
  • Booking fee is £15 and it is paid to secure your booking. No booking will be approved before the payment is complete.
  • Booking fee goes towards your treatment total. Eg. Booked in for gel polish manicure £38, pre paid £15 booking fee. Payment required at the time of the appointment 38-15=£23.
  • Booking and travel fees become non refundable if you dont show up, cancel or move your appointment less than 24 hours prior to it.
Before coming to your appointment
  • Removal of Gel Polish done by someone else is £8.
  • Gel Polish Manicure with me includes free removal (of Gel Polish done by me).
  • If you have a particular design in mind, please, let me know ahead of time so that I can prepare and give you my best.
  • If you want a specific colour or range of colours, please enquire before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
  • As a small business every appointment is important to me. If you decide to cancel, please, let me know at least 24 hours in advance, if that is possible, so that I can try and fill that spot.
Late Arrival
  • If you are running late, please let me know.
  • Appointments are time sensitive, so your appointment time may be cut short if you are late in order to respect the next client. Full treatment price will be paid
Refunds
  • I do not do treatment refunds. If you are not happy with your nails you should express that at your appointment. If you have any complaints they will need to be proven with photos. Blurry or distanced photos in which nothing is visible will be disregarded. I may offer a complimentary redo if there is damage, clearly made by me and shown in the first 2 days.  But anything after that is up to you and how you take care of your nails. Read my After care page for more info.
  • The booking and travel fees paid at the time of your requested appointment are charged to secure your booking. Full refund will be made only if cancellation is requested more than 24 hours prior your scheduled booking or if I cancel your appointment. If you do not show up, move or cancel your appointment inside the 24 hours, my late cancellation policy will apply and all fees paid will become non refundable.
  • Same day bookings are still be subject to the 24 hour cancellation policy and no refunds will be made.
Payments
  • Payment of the booking and travel fee are paid at the time of your appointment.
  • CASH is the preffered payment at the end of your appointment, but paypal or bank transfer are also accepted.
Appointment times
  • Each appointment is time sensitive and each session will be finished on time as a courtesy to you and the next client.
  • I reserve the right to alter the time of your booked appointment. You will be notified if I need to do so when I accept your booking. Otherwise, assume that I will be right on time.
  • If I am running late, I will let you know as well.
Nail Bitters
  • Nail bitters typically have very short nail beds so the acrylic extensions have trouble adhering.
  • I recommend using gel polish until the free edge is formed.
  • Any extensions should not exceed 1/3 of the natural nail bed length or they may break and lift easier.
  • Nail Bitter’s nail plate may be oilier and the skin around the nail may be traumatized which can affect your manicure.
  • I do not guarantee the longevity of gel polish or extensions on nail bitters.
Children
  • I do not recommend having your child around while doing your nails as I work with chemicals that can cause irritation and injury.
