How do I book?

Browse for the treatments you want and add them to your ‘shopping cart’. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart’ and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your appointment purchases and payment. More detailed description can be found on How to Book page

Do I need to open an account to make a booking with you?

Yes, you need to. You can make an account during the checkout or if you go to the profile section from the menu.

By setting up an account with Triple N Salon, it will allow you to book without having to enter your details every time you book with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start booking and create your account before you check out at the booking cart page.

How do I create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

I have problems adding bookings to my ‘shopping cart’

If the ‘Book Now’ button is unactive check if you have answered all the questions above the calendar.

You will be able to add the treatment as long as it is available to book. There could be an instance where the treatment time is in someone else’s ‘shopping cart’ hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

Booking times are held reserved for 15 minutes. Then they are removed from your ‘shopping cart’ and added back to the calendar booking system. Therefore, if you add a treatment to the cart and then remove it you have to wait 15 minutes before the time and date become bookable again.

Can I amend or cancel my booking?

You can cancel or amend your booking at any time. However, Triple N Cancellations Policy applies. To cancel, please go to your profile page and click on ‘cancel’. You will receive a full refund if you cancel more than 24hours before your appointment start time. To amend your booking you need to first cancel your existing one and then book again.

How will I know if my booking is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your booking request have been received. However, do note that appointment will only be approved when your payment has gone through. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account”

When will my appointment be confirmed?

All appointments are confirmed instantly if the payment has been received.

How do group bookings work?

I do not offer discounts on group bookings. However, the travel fee will be paid only once so you can divide that between yourselves. Please, browse for the treatments you all want to be done and select the times one after the other. Eg 11am Gel Polish manicure, 1pm Nail Extensions, 4pm Pedicure. When you have all treatments in your ‘shopping cart’ proceed with the checkout.

Can I book a treatment to my work or office location?

As long as you have the consent of your Office or Hotel there should not be any problems. Just enter the correct address when booking. Note that some services (eg pedicure soak) require water supply.

Can I upgrade my treatment on the day?

It is best to contact me first. You can do so by emailing [email protected] or 07850383220. If time allows we can upgrade the treatment, however if I have a booking straight after that may not be possible. Please, get in touch beforehand as I may need to bring more equipment with me.

Alternatively, you can add the required treatment by booking the slot directly after yours (if it is free), or you can cancel your excising booking and book again.

What Areas do you cover?

I offer mobile nail appointment straight to your home, hotel or office. I do appointments in all areas in London and I am able to accommodate requests outside of London.

What are the Mobile Appointment Travel Charges like?

The travel charge depends on your exact location. Triple N Mobile Salon offers mobile nail appointments across all London and outside of London as well. To find out exactly how much you will be charged, please, visit our Mobile Appointments Policy Page.

What is the Minimum Call Out Charge?

Minimum Call Out charge applies and it is different for every location. It means that you need to spend a certain amount on treatments to qualify for a mobile appointment. Please visit the Mobile Appointment Policy Page to check the exact charge and for more information.

Do I need to pay for parking?

Yes, the parking charges are initially paid by the service provider and later on added to your bill. If you have a driveway or parking permit let me know. Find out more about parking here.

Do I need to pay for Congestion Charge Zone?

No, if you live in Central London this is already included in your travel charge.

Can I change my mobile appointment address after my booking has been confirmed?

To do that, please cancel your excising appointment and book again. Cancellation policy applies.

What time should I expect you?

You will be notified if I need to alter the time of your appointment when I accept your booking. Otherwise, assume that I will be right on the time you have booked for. Sometimes traffic, weather conditions or parking can be unpredictable so I may be a few minutes late, but I will always let you know if it is more than 5-10 minutes.

Do I need to provide anything for the treatment?

The only thing you need to provide is electricity socket. I bring a table, light and extension cord with me. It would be great if you can provide two chairs, but if not I am sure we can figure it out.

For some appointments (eg pedicure with soaking) we may need hot water.

My plans have changed and I cannot be at home at the time of my appointment. What should I do?

Please, let me know in plenty of time as in most cases I drive 1 hour between my clients addresses.

If you are running late or can not show up to your appointment you need to get in touch. Your appointment may need to be cut short or cancelled.  Cancellation Policy Applies.

What are your working hours?

Triple N Mobile Salon offers appointments from 11am to 9pm every day. First appointments starts at 11am and last appointment starts at 9pm. If you need an earlier/later appointment, please get in touch. We might be able to accommodate you as a one off.

How do I pay for my treatments?

Triple N Salon accepts booking and travel fee payments via Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal and all major credit and debit cards such as MasterCard, VISA and American Express. If you wish to pay by Direct Bank Transfer, you will receive a further email with the bank details you should send money to. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the payment is received.

The second part of your treatment payment is due at your appointment. I prefer CASH, but I also accept PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer payments.

I’ve changed my mind about what I want done during my appointment, what should I do?

The easiest way is to contact Niki at [email protected] or 07850383220 and see if that can be arranged. Alternately, if you want something added to your booking you can try to book again and select the time that is directly after the one you booked for initially. Eg (1pm Gel Polsih manicure that lasts 2hours means that the next availability is at 3pm).

You can also cancel your excising booking and book again. If the new booking is the same time and date as your initial one then great. Otherwise, cancellation policy applies.

How much time does an appointment take?

Appointment time varies with every treatment. It will be displayed when you are booking.

I am a repeat customer, do you charge for gel polish removal?

Yes, the gel polish removal is not included in the treatments. It requires more time to be blocked from my diary so you need to select it when booking.  I always recommend having it removed by a professional but if you wish to remove it safely yourself you can read my instructions here.

I need a nail fix, what is your policy?

For mobile appointments, the travel charge and minimum spend requirement apply. If you need to meet a certain price, you can pamper yourself with a pedicure or invite a friend to have her nails done at the same time.

Do you have a hen party/ bridal packages?

I do not have set packages. However, you can browse my bridal designs as a guide for your nail art and add any hand massage, mask, almond bath soak, scrub etc to fully treat yourself and relax as a VIP.

Travel fee is paid only once for group bookings. I do not offer discounts.

How do I care for my nails after my manicure?

There are a number of ways to keep your mani-pedi lasting longer. Please, head over to my Aftercare posts to learn more.

How long does a Gel Polish last?

You should book for an appointment every 2 weeks. As the nail grows, it becomes unbalanced and needs professional attention in order to keep it healthy and strong. However, sometimes life gets in the way of booking and we cannot accommodate regular appointments. In these cases your gel polish manicure will last 4+weeks and your gel polish pedicure 6+weeks.

How long do Extensions last?

You have to book an appointment every 2 weeks. The product is heavier than gel polish so as the nail grows it becomes more unbalanced. When the nail is unbalanced it may cause lifting, break easily and the break may result in blood and trauma. Lifting can allow water to get under the extension and can cause infections.

Please, avoid that and book in time, in order to keep your natural nails healthy and beautiful.

What is an Overlay?

An overlay is needed when you natural nails are weak and break a lot but you are happy with their current length. It can be done using Acrylic, Acrygel or Hard Gel. The product is applied on your natural nails only without any extensions. It is stronger than Gel Polish.

What is an Infill?

An infill is when you are booking in for extensions. You already have extensions on but your nails have grown since your last visit. We fill in the gap, file down your nails if desired and continue on with the design.

Gift Cards

I have a gift card, how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

Does the gift card have an expiry date?

No, gift cards expire only if Triple N Salon stops operating.
