Cancellations and Refunds POLICY
I want you to be happy with your booking process, arrival and treatment and I apologize if you are not. Please, read the bellow information about our cancellations and refunds policy before proceeding with your booking.
1. Cancellation Policy
As a small business every appointment is important to me. If you decide to cancel, please, let me know at least 24 hours in advance, if that is possible, so that I can try and fill that spot.
2. Late Arrival
2.1 If you are running late, please let me know.
2.2 Appointments are time sensitive, so your appointment time may be cut short or cancelled if you are late in order to respect the next client.
2.3 I understand travelling in London can be unpredictable, so if I do not have an appointment after you I can allow late arrivals, however, if I have a certain time that I need to leave to get to another mobile appointment, I will cut your appointment time or cancel. Booking fee becomes non-refundable.
3. No show
3.1 If you fail to show up at your appointment time without any notice, the booking fee becomes non-refundable and I reserve the right to refuse further treatments. Reminders are send out a day before your appointment.
3.2 If you have booked for a mobile appointment, but you are not present at the location the booking and travel fees become non-refundable. I will wait a maximum of 20 minutes for you to show up. I reserve the right to refuse future bookings by you. Reminders are send out a day before your appointment.
3.3 If you have given me a wrong address for your mobile appointment, the booking and travel fee become non-refundable.
4.1 I do not do treatment refunds. If you are not happy with your nails you should express that at your appointment. If you have any complaints they will need to be proven with photos. Blurry or distanced photos in which nothing is visible will be disregarded. I may offer a complimentary redo if there is damage, clearly made by me and shown in the first 2 days. But anything after that is up to you and how you take care of your nails. Read my After care blog posts for more information.
4.2 If you need a fix (eg broken nail) the travel charges and minimum spend requirement (if applicable to your address) still apply. I may have offered to make the fix itself for free, but if your location is outside my free zone you will still need to pay the travel charge and minimum spend requirement. Alternatively, you can come and have the fix done at my address to avoid the additional fees.
4.3 To secure your booking you need to pay the booking and travel fees during the checkout process. Booking fee is £15 per treatment. Full refund will be made only if cancellation is requested more than 24 hours prior your scheduled booking or if I cancel your appointment.
4.4 If you do not show up, move or cancel your appointment inside the 24 hours, my late cancellation policy will apply and all fees paid will become non refundable.

4.6 You can exchange the gift cards only for treatments. You can not claim any money back.
