Relative to your life-style and activity level, your Manicure will need fortnightly or three weekly maintenance as there will be obvious re-growth. At this point I can either re-do your nails (remove existing Gel Polish and applying a fresh new colour or do Extensions Infills) or remove the Gel Polish/ Extensions completely.

If you do decide you want to remove your Gel Polish/ Extensions please let me do it safely for you. Incorrect removal at home may damage the surface of your nails.

  • Nail bitters typically have very short nail beds so the acrylic extensions have trouble adhering.
  • I recommend using gel polish until the free edge is formed.
  • Any extensions should not exceed 1/3 of the natural nail bed length or they may break and lift easier.
  • Nail Bitter’s nail plate may be oilier and the skin around the nail may be traumatized which can affect your manicure.
  • I do not guarantee the longevity of gel polish or extensions on nail bitters.
